Anal Botox (HoleTox) (Coming Sooon

Targeted neuromodulator treatment for muscle relaxation and comfort

Anal Botox (often called “HoleTox”) is a specialized neuromodulator treatment used to relax targeted muscles in and around the anal sphincter. In appropriate patients, relaxing muscle spasm can reduce discomfort, support healing, and improve quality of life for certain functional concerns. This is a highly individualized service and requires a medical consultation and focused exam.

Common Treatment Areas

Anal fissure support (muscle spasm and pain reduction, select candidates)

Improve comfort and relaxation for patients engaging in receptive activity when excessive muscle tone is a contributing factor.

Pelvic floor or sphincter hypertonicity (select candidates)

May help reduce the symptoms and discomfort caused by hemorrhoids

How It Works

A neuromodulator is placed into specific muscle fibers to reduce excessive contraction. When the muscle relaxes, pressure can decrease, which may improve comfort and support the body’s ability to heal. Use for certain indications may be off-label; your provider will review risks, benefits, and alternatives.
