Saifally Khan, MSN, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner 

Saifally Khan, MSN, FNP-BC, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine with a strong foundation in acute and oncology nursing. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Saif combines advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver safe, natural-looking results through treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF, laser therapy, and chemical peels. He is also skilled in newer modalities including energy-based devices and regenerative therapies.

Previously, Saif practiced as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner in New York City, where he developed individualized treatment plans and performed a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and care. His background in oncology infusion and critical care further sharpened his clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach.

Saif earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (Magna Cum Laude) from Downstate Medical Center and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Summa Cum Laude) from Chamberlain University. He is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioners, the American Association for Men in Nursing, and Sigma Theta Tau.

With a strong medical background from the University of Texas Medical Branch and Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Dr. Ratcliff integrates his expertise in anesthesiology and critical care with a growing passion for aesthetics. His interest sparked while caring for pediatric burn patients, leading him to explore the possibilities of medical aesthetics. From level one trauma centers to outpatient surgical centers, Dr. Ratcliff collaborated with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, witnessing the transformative impact of aesthetic procedures like Botox, CO2 laser resurfacing, and injectables. Committed to patient safety, risk management, and ethical standards, his approach emphasizes enhancing patient well-being.

Dr. Ratcliff's dedication to interdisciplinary collaboration and regulatory compliance solidifies his position as a trusted figure in healthcare, exemplifying his enduring commitment to advancing medical aesthetics and patient care.

Arshad Bacchus is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in real estate finance, program management, and organizational growth. With a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, he has successfully overseen multi-billion-dollar development pipelines, managed large-scale housing and disaster recovery programs, and guided nonprofit organizations through significant expansion. His leadership has earned recognition at the highest levels, including the Governor’s Award for Local Government Excellence for his management of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program in Delaware County, PA.

As Managing Director of Nehemiah HDFC, Arshad has led organizational strategy, portfolio growth, and complex project financing. His career spans senior roles in government, nonprofit, and private sectors, where he has excelled in building partnerships, supervising teams, and ensuring operational and financial success.

Arshad’s proven ability to lead organizations, manage resources, and structure sustainable growth strategies brings a strong operational foundation to Elevate SKN. His expertise in strategic planning, finance, and organizational development supports the practice’s continued growth while complementing the clinical leadership and patient care focus that define Elevate SKN’s approach to advanced aesthetics and wellness services..

Chris Khani is the Creative Director of Brown Sparrow Studio and serves as Director of Marketing for Elevate SKN. With a background in brand development, digital strategy, and visual design, Chris specializes in helping emerging businesses build strong and memorable identities.

In his role, Chris oversees the development of Elevate SKN’s marketing platforms, digital strategy, and brand storytelling, ensuring that every client touchpoint—from the website to patient communications—reflects the practice’s modern, results-driven approach to aesthetic medicine. His work centers on creating clear, engaging experiences that help patients feel informed, confident, and connected to the Elevate SKN brand.

Drawing on his work through Brown Sparrow Studio, Chris brings experience guiding entrepreneurs and organizations through brand development, website design, and digital marketing strategy. This background informs his approach at Elevate SKN, where thoughtful design and clear communication help shape a cohesive and elevated client experience.

Chris holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media from the New York City College of Technology (CUNY), bringing together advanced marketing strategy, digital communication expertise, and creative leadership.
