Elevate SKN is founded on the belief that aesthetic medicine should be approachable, professional, and results-driven. Our goal is to redefine the med spa experience in Austin by combining advanced clinical expertise with personalized care in a modern, welcoming environment.

We aim to help clients look and feel their best—enhancing natural features, boosting confidence, and supporting overall well-being. The founders bring complementary expertise that uniquely positions the spa to deliver exceptional service to the community. The clinical team is led by longtime Austinite, Dr. Stephen Ratcliff, who has over 20 years of experience practicing medicine. Elevate’s main provider is our board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Saifally Khan, MSN, FNP-C. NP Khan brings nearly a decade of experience in both aesthetic medicine and acute care. Arshad Bacchus provides operational and managerial support.
